This article identifies and analyzes key research areas related to the IoT in Industry 4.0. Figure 20 shows a visualization of the research field on IoT in Industry 4.0. On the left side of the diagram, index keywords are displayed; in the middle, journals are listed; and on the right, authors’ names are shown. The visualization reveals that the “International Journal of Production Research” has the highest TC (with 1629 citations), first in NoA (53 articles) and second in TLS with 1470, while “IEEE Access” is first in AC with nine papers.
